Product Verification Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a member of a dynamic Quality Assurance team, you will be working in a collaborative environment responsible for ensuring the highest possible quality for Managed Workplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Understand customer usage of the product to aid in the development of test suites and configurations.
• Automate and document test cases through collaboration with product management, development, other product testers and support.
• Execution and reporting on automated regression execution.
• Work with development and customer support in the troubleshooting, analyzing and retesting of product issues.
• Review and evolve automated test environments and test suites based on test escape analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum 4 year’s software product test and test automation.
• Experience with automated test development and frameworks. Experience with Visual Studio 2010 a plus.
• Development experience with C#.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, willing to put in an extra effort to deploy high-quality software in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Highly motivated, flexible with good time management skills.
• Creative troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• A good understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts, Windows platforms, SNMP, WMI, .Net, and SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
