Level Platforms Recognizes Partner Contributions with Annual Awards

Ottawa, ON, Canada – December 24, 2010 – LPI Level Platforms Inc., a global leader in remote monitoring and management software for solution and managed service providers (MSPs), is pleased to announce the 2010 Level Platforms Partner Award winners. These awards recognize excellence in business and innovation, as well as provide the opportunity to celebrate contributions that Partners make to both Level Platforms and the MSP community at large.

Final nominees were selected from a pool of over 3000 Partners which were analyzed by the Level Platforms Executive team.

The 'Comeback of the Year' award was presented to TekMate Inc. Based in Anchorage, Alaska, TekMate have more than doubled their managed services business in the last twelve months. Early in 2010 they hired a manager to transform their business to managed services. With strong focus and dedication over the year, they have become one of Level Platforms' fastest growing partners. Additionally, they have made significant strides in growth by using Level Platforms' Professional Services offerings to bring a lead LPI trainer to Alaska to help double their growth again in 2011.

The 'Rookie of the Year' award went to Aurelium NV. Based in Antwerp, Belgium, Aurelium was the fastest growing new Level Platforms partner in 2010. Switching from another RMM platform, their recent commitment to transforming their business from a break fix to managed services provider has accelerated Aurelium's growth. Key factors which have contributed to their growth strategy include fixed cost monitoring and proactive maintenance, account management, as well as a strong commitment to their employees.

The 'Innovator of the Year' award was awarded to IT Weapons. Based in Toronto, Ontario, IT Weapons has been a Level Platforms Partner for four years. IT Weapons has experienced record growth and success in 2010 and were named winners of the Best Cloud Solution, Best Service and Solution Provider of the Year from CDN's Channel Elite Awards. IT Weapons' innovation in the areas of virtualization, data center hosting, and managed services has made them one of the leading enterprise-focused MSPs in the market today.

The 'Community Partner of the Year' was presented to two companies – Big Sur Technologies and Stringfellow Technology Group.

Based in Tampa, Florida, BigSur Technologies has been very active and committed to supporting the Level Platforms MSP community. Big Sur’s Director of Professional Services Charles Love took time from his business to tour with the Level Platforms team in 2010, sharing his experiences with other MSPs across the US and Canada.

Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Stringfellow Technology Group has been a big advocate for both Level Platforms and the managed services community in general. Ed Stringfellow – founder of STG has been profiled by Business Solutions Magazine and named one of the top people in Managed Services by MSP Mentor in 2010. Ed also toured with the Level Platforms team on the 2010 road show offering advice openly sharing his secrets to success with hundreds of other MSP's.

The 'Partner of the Year' was presented to EZE Castle Integration Inc. from Boston Massachusetts. EZE Castle has been a Level Platforms Partner since 2007, successfully transforming their business from a traditional break fix solution provider to managed services focusing on serving the financial services vertical market. This specialization has allowed EZE Castle to bring together industry leading tools to achieve a world class service offering for their customers as well as targeted sales and marketing programs. This industry focus plus well tuned configuration of Managed Workplace to support their specialized services offering has helped them emerge as industry leaders. EZE Castle are active members of the Level Platforms Partner Council.
