Lenovo is an innovative, international technology company. It is the world's fourth-largest PC vendor, as a result of the acquisition of the IBM Personal Computing Division by Lenovo Group. The transaction was completed in May 2005.

Lenovo has been the number-one PC vendor in China for 11 consecutive years. IBM's PC Division, prior to becoming part of Lenovo, was ranked third in the global market.

Lenovo is the world leader in Intel vPro sales as well as holding several technology exclusives including Anti-theft technology.  With a suite of hardware and software management tools called ThinkVantage, Lenovo enables Managed Service Providers to take advantage of lower PC support costs as well as more efficient service delivery.

In partnering with Level Platforms, MSPs will now have the ability to remotely monitor and manage Lenovo systems, ensuring their maximum health, performance, availability and security.  The ability to take proactive action as a result of alerts, through remote control, patching or running scripts will also be available to solution providers.  Furthermore, MSPs can leverage the Intel vPro technology in the Lenovo systems for enhanced monitoring and management--even out-of-band—collect additional asset information, provide enhanced remote diagnostics and remediation capabilities, as well as power management.  All of this is accessible through Level Platforms’ Managed Workplace central dashboard.
